Y'know, the candy necklaces with the beads? 🙂 I went through a stage where I wore 'em 24/7 (that was many moons ago).
The first time I tried Heartbreaker ($eighteen), Smashbox's start perfume, it hit me similar a candy necklace in the face!
Luckily, it dries downwardly quickly, (xxx minutes or so) first into a dessert-worthy mix of vanilla wafers and warm caramel, and ending equally a whisper-light gardenia and musk. For an eau de parfum, it really doesn't last too long (nigh iv hours total), but sweet is definitely the theme all the fashion.
What's weird and slightly "heartbreaking" about it? My affection for the bottle (Urk! Honey the pink ombre and cute little osculation) exceeds my amore for the olfactory property. I think information technology's just a little too sweet for me.
You never know nearly fragrances, though, and how they'll scent to you. Odor is such a personal thing, and Heartbreaker might play better with your chemistry than I remember it does with mine. Go along me posted if you decide to requite it a attempt (mayhap on your side by side trip to Sephora). I'd actually like to hear what yous remember. 🙂
